ClimArt Change

August 22 @ 7:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Free

Join us at our next climate change conversation which is themed around the role of Arts in climate change awareness. The aim of the event is to engage anyone in the Arts & Culture sector, to discuss the role of Arts in climate change, and create an opportunity for people to link up and consider collaboration.

At the event we will be discussing the following:

  • What role does art play in challenging, informing and engaging audiences in conversations about climate change?
  • What role do artists play in creating action and inspiring hope through their work?
  • What can Glasgow based artists do to to create action and engagement in the Glasgow community?

We will be joined by artists, organisations and individuals who have experience in climate change art / sustainable arts practices. We welcome everyone to come along and be part of the discussion.

Registration 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.

We are able to offer FREE spaces at this event thanks to funding by the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund.
